How quickly can I get a campaign up and running?

Once requirements are agreed upon, a contract is signed and stipulated deposit paid, your campaign can be configured, tested and be up and running within 7 business days.
What is the minimum amount of CX agents that you support?

Currently, our minimum is set at 10 agents provisioned per client. After that, increments of 5 agents at a time is possible.
We are thinking of running an outbound campaign starting with 25 CX agents. Could we get by with 1 team lead?

We recommend one (1) Supervisor / Team Lead and one (1) Quality Analyst per fifteen (15) CX agents for optimum results.
